Manage Subscription
Update your payment method, see invoices and cancel from the Stripe billing portal, and how to move between Pro and Team.
Owners and billing members manage billing under Settings → Billing.
What you can do yourself
- Buy Pro. Choose Pro and check out with Stripe.
- Open the billing portal (powered by Stripe) to update your payment method and billing details, see invoices, and cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- Buy a credit pack (Pro and Team), a one-off purchase of 10 scan credits. Pack credits are used after your monthly allowance.
Moving between Pro and Team
The billing portal cannot change plans or seats. To move between Pro and Team, or change the number of Team seats, contact us. We change the subscription for you.
If a payment fails
When a payment is overdue, your paid limits hold for 7 days. After that, your organization has Free limits until you pay. Your data is kept. Credit packs cannot be bought while a payment is overdue.
After cancelling
When the subscription ends, the organization is on the Free plan. You keep access to your findings and reports.
Invoices
Invoices are in the Stripe billing portal. A Launch Pentest paid by payment link is not in that list. Its receipt is under Purchases on the Billing page.
